Ole Bull's anniversary celebrated in San Diego, USA.

During the celebration of the Norwegian Constitution Day in "House of Norway", located in San Diego, USA, the 200th anniversary of Ole Bull’s birth will be marked.

The Norwegian Constitution Day will be celebrated one day ahead, on Sunday May 16, with song, dance and musical entertainment. During this day, violinist Taylor Carlson will perform "The Herd-Girl's Sunday" by Ole Bull.

Two-day celebration
The event May 16. starts off with a Children's Parade led by marching band and flaggborg. Later there will be concerts, speeches and other performances in House of Norway.

The Norwegian Constitution Day is also marked on May 17., with flag raising at Sefton Plaza, Balboa Park at Sixth Avenue and Laurel Street, followed by refreshments at House of Norway. See the calendar for detailed program.
